Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription Billing

InboxSuite Inc offers Your Personal Signs Report (a one-time interpretive personal-insight product) and the Signs Membership (a recurring subscription). By purchasing a membership, you agree to recurring charges based on your selected plan. The billing frequency, price, and renewal date are shown to you at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or
• Contacting our support team at [email protected]

After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged again, but you will continue to have access until your current billing cycle ends.

Exceptions

We may provide refunds in limited cases at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law.
